Orders will be shipped within 2 working days (Monday – Friday). 
Orders will be shipped by DHL.
Tracking numbers will be provided by email.
All orders are being shipped from the Netherlands.

PRICING, VAT AND CUSTOMS
From November 24, 2025, all international orders will be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Taxes, duties and tariffs are included in the purchase price, resulting in a streamlined customs process and no additional fees upon delivery. Pricing reflects local currency retail pricing.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CLAIMS
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you have received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@sinecosine.nl. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and explain how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All discounted purchases are final and non-refundable.

Handling fees for returns
We charge the following handling fees for refunds and they will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Europe: €20
  • UK: €20
  • ⁠US: €25
  • Japan: €25
  • South-Korea: €25
  • Rest of the world: €30

Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@sinecosine.nl. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and explain how to return your package. Once the package arrives at our office, we will proceed with the exchange. Please be aware that exchanges are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to cancel the exchange.

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the exchange to be processed.
